Welcome to NuuraNest Stays & Adventure, your serene coastal home away from home. 🌿

To ensure a comfortable, peaceful, and well-managed stay for all our guests.

kindly observe the following house rules:

🕰️ 1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-out: 10:00 AM sharp
Late check-outs automatically attract an additional day’s charge.

Extension of stay must be communicated early to avoid conflict with other bookings.

🔑 2. Guests & Accommodation

The apartment accommodates a maximum of two (2) guests.

For additional guests, please communicate in advance — an extra mattress will be provided with extra charge shall apply, and the total number of occupants must not exceed three (3).

Sleeping on couches is strictly not permitted.

Visitors

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.

Kindly inform the host before bringing any visitors.

🔇 3. Noise & Conduct

Maintain quiet and respect for neighbors at all times.

Loud music, parties, or any form of disturbance is strictly prohibited.

Treat the apartment and building as you would your own home — with care and courtesy.

⚡ 4. Electricity & Utilities

Daily token allocation: 4 units per day
(for 1-bedroom apartment).
(For 3 bedroom apartment 8 units a day)

Tokens will be loaded according to the number of days booked.

If they are exhausted before checkout, guests must top up at their own cost.

Switch off appliances and lights when not in use.

🧹 5. Cleaning & Maintenance

Cleaning is done on alternate days between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Cleaning will only be done while guests are away from the apartment.

Empty dustbins daily to maintain hygiene and avoid odor or insects.

Report any breakage, malfunction, or issue immediately — communication helps us serve you better.

🍽️ 6. Furniture, Appliances & Utensils

All items are provided for your comfort; handle them responsibly.

Any damage, loss, or disappearance of items during your stay will be charged at full replacement cost.

Please do not move furniture or tamper with fixtures and electrical appliances.

🪪 7. Security & Identification

Carry your national ID or passport and that of your partner as required by security.

Always lock doors and windows before leaving the apartment.

NuuraNest is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

🚭 8. Smoking, Alcohol & Substances

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed on the premises.

💳 9. Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full immediately upon check-in.

No guest shall be allowed to occupy the apartment without full payment confirmation.

Payment covers only the number of days booked; extension requests must be communicated early and paid before the extended stay begins.

There will be no credit, no delayed payments, or partial settlements.

Any extra costs — including damages, additional guests, or extra nights — must be settled immediately before checkout.

All payments must be done through official NuuraNest channels only.

➕ ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

🧾 11. Identification & Booking Integrity

The person who makes the booking must be present throughout the stay.

Subletting, transferring, or allowing third parties to use the apartment under your booking is strictly prohibited.

Any misrepresentation of guest details will lead to immediate termination of stay without refund.

🕵️ 12. Security Deposit & Damages

Management reserves the right to request a refundable security deposit depending on the length of stay.

Any damage, stains (on linen, mattresses, sofas), missing items, or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the deposit or charged separately.

Charges apply for broken items, lost keys, damaged locks, or tampered equipment.

🛑 13. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

Parties, events, gatherings, or celebrations of any kind

Commercial activities, photoshoots, or content creation without written consent

Cooking strong-smelling foods that may affect other guests or neighbors

Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, CCTV, meters, or security systems

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate eviction without refund.

🐾 14. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed on the premises unless expressly approved in writing by management.

Unauthorized pets will attract cleaning and fumigation charges.

🕰️ 15. Early Check-Out & No-Show Policy

Early check-out does not qualify for refunds.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Failure to check out at the agreed time without communication will be treated as overstaying and charged accordingly.

🚨 16. Emergency & Safety

Guests must familiarize themselves with emergency exits and safety instructions.

Candles, charcoal jikos, gas cylinders, or open flames are not allowed inside the apartment.

Any emergency must be reported immediately to the host.

🧠 17. Responsibility & Liability

Guests stay at their own risk.

NuuraNest Stays & Adventure shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the stay.

Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and conduct of children.

📝 18. Management Rights

NuuraNest Stays & Adventure reserves the right to:

Refuse service to anyone violating house rules

Terminate a stay without refund where rules are breached

Charge penalties for misconduct, damages, or policy violations
